Negative: Bedding and towels are not included in the accommodation. There is an additional charge of €15 per person to receive towels and bedding, which is quite unreasonable considering the price. In the meantime, there was no hot water for two days. The owner of the apartment didn’t inform us about this at all — only after we called her did she let us know that she was aware of the problem and that someone would come to fix it. Before that, she hadn’t called or sent any information for two days.
