Positive: The host was amazing, communication was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, from leaving us groceries for our late evening arrival, sending maintenance within 15mins when AC stopped working in cinema room to even offering to take us to the airport when our booked transfer didn't arrive! The villa really is the WOW factor, it was lovely and clean, well equipped and the pool area is fantastic with the games room and cinema room a huge hit with the children! The children also loved their 'secret' bedroom through the kitchen cupboards! Having the utility facilities were also a huge plus, lovely to come home with a suitcase full of clean clothes!
Negative: This is just being really picky...a couple of things could do with replacing...a broken sandwich press, dustpan and brush and the men mentioned the pool cues are a little tired and no chalk! But that really is it!!! The only other thing mentioned was the toilet situation in the master, it is all open plan so ensure you are very comfortable with who you share with! That being said there were multiple other toilets in the villa! The location is too far out to walk into Costa Teguise but we were provided a taxi number and they turned up super quick and it was between 5€ and 8€ to get to the beachfront so no issue at all. No negatives really and the above didn't affect our holiday in any way at all!
Summary: We had a fantastic, incredibly relaxing family holiday in the perfect villa! Thank you so much!
