Living Room: The living room has an idyllic view of the canal and is furnished with comfortable reclining sofas and a flat-screen TV. Perfect for enjoying a movie night. Pool/Lanai/Dock: The home has southern rear exposure providing you all day sunshine to relax by the electric heated pool. A beautiful screened-in lanai allows you to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere with plenty of seating outdoors, an outdoor shower, and a pool bath. Guests also have use of the private boat dock (boat life is not available for tenant use). If you're feeling adventurous, use the two kayaks available to take a ride down the canals.
