Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The property is secluded yet close to very good restaurants & not far from shops & the local town. It is extremely clean comfortable & very well equipped. The views are unobstructed of the mountains & the bay. It is a quiet location & so serene. There are views from almost every room. If I remember correctly other than the utility room & two of the toilets every room has a perfectly framed postcard of Lefkada. It has a fully equipped kitchen & dining area. One can cook & eat in comfort all with the view. The seating area is comfortable, there is a smart TV with soundbar one can connect to via Bluetooth. It also has a view over the infinity pool, mountains & sea. Also on the ground floor is a shower room situated next to a junior suite with smart TV & the same view as the seating area. Both the bedroom & living area have direct access to the back yard. In the basement level is another bathroom & a laundry room equipped with a washer & a separate dryer. The villas are quite obviously new, everything is modern & fresh including the finishes, furniture & utilities. All areas were extremely clean. Upstairs is the principle suite, a stunning room with a good sized terrace. There is the obvious wardrobe space & comfortable bed but there is also an open bathroom with soaking tub. The soaking tub, sink & sleeping area all have elevated views, similar to those from downstairs, over the mountains and sea. The shower & toilet are enclosed. This room, along with the rest of the property, is very tastefully designed & decorated. The outdoor area features ample areas to sunbathe with 4 sun beds, covered dining area featuring a six seater table & outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The finishes are all clean & modern along with the furnishing. It’s not fully private, the outdoor area is partially overlooked by the neighbouring two villas however I didn’t find it an issue during my stay.
Negative: The journey to the property is a little off the beaten track plus the privacy is not 100%. However, unless you need access for an 18 wheeler or need the privacy of a secret service operative it is not an issue. Privacy could easily be solved with landscaping. Some is in place & just needs to grow.
Summary: Beautiful views, comfortable, peaceful & convenient.
