Positive: Villa Rebecca is in a great location, central and very close to the beach and all amenities, cafes, restaurants etc. Although you do hear the music from the nearby restaurant, it's not intrusive, at least it did not bother us. Our host George, his wife and his mother were really lovely, kind and generous, offering us fresh tomatoes from their garden and delicious cakes, and George always immediately responded to any requests and was super helpful with organising taxi for pick up and return to airport. Linen and towels were regularly changed, and cleaning was done on a regular basis. Overall a great place to stay.

Negative: The only thing I would say is that there could be a little bit more attention to detail. The coffee machine didn't really work - perhaps the filter needs cleaning, not sure. Also each room needed to have bedside lamps - there was only one. Generally for the price it was great.
