Positive: The location was wonderful and the stuff was really pleasant. The pool was warm and in the afternoon shady, which was perfect.
Negative: The room was invested by mold behind the bed rest - so bad that you could smell it constantly. There was no proper airflow system in the bathroom, so the room was constantly wet. Additionally, most of the facilities in the bathroom were broken. Most annoying the toilet seat - which was loose and even if you put it on, the lid constantly touched your back. And the room floors were very dirty, my feet were really dirty and we started wearing our shoes inside. We did though ask the stuff to clean the room and repair the toilet. They just put the seat back in - didn’t work and cleaned the room, which made at least the floor a bit better.
Summary: A room in the basement is fine - but not without proper facilities.
