Summary: A group of 8 of us went to Davenford for the Afternoon Tea Making Experience for a hen do. We had a wonderful time! It was a cosy atmosphere with the baking stations set up and the table for the afternoon tea beautifully laid out. We thoroughly enjoyed learning baking tips and tricks from the amazing Bev and loved the hands on experience of making a variety of things: jam, lemon posset, scones, chocolate cake and Victoria sponge. Of course, the best part was sitting down to enjoy the delicacies we had made. Everything was delicious and we had plenty of leftovers to box up and take home with us. We really appreciated the little touches: a special apron for the bride-to-be, accessories to dress up for the afternoon tea and personalized attention for the whole afternoon. It was a memorable afternoon and I would highly recommend the Afternoon Tea Making Experience for anyone who enjoys baking, eating, and is looking to make special memories with family and friends.
