- Minimum age is 7 years and minimum height is 4’1” (125 cm); passengers must be able to see over the basket.
- Minimum drinking age is 18 years for any alcohol served during the experience.
- The take-off site changes with the wind and is decided by the pilot in command on the day of the flight to ensure safety.
- Any passenger weighing over 125 kg / 280 pounds, or anyone requiring the space of two passengers, must book and pay for extra space (100% surcharge) at the time of booking; failure to provide accurate weight information may result in refusal to fly without refund.
- For safety, disclose any medical condition that could affect your ability to fly or assist the crew (for example epilepsy or recent surgery) when booking and to the pilot on the day of the flight; some conditions may preclude you from flying.
