Summary: We had a group of 14 men do this activity . Everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. Your fitness level will be outed from a flexibility and strength standpoint. If you are not in good shape this will probably push your limits. Annie and her two co divers were awesome thanks

Summary: This is a super cool tour and well worth the time and money. It was a bit more strenuous than anticipated and there are some tight spaces (I was with my 11-year old son and 72-year old mother) so be aware that there is some physical exertion required. But it's worth it! The views up the mountain are beautiful and the cave is pretty incredible. Our guide John was excellent and very knowledgeable.

Summary: The experience was amazing! John, our cave guide, was super knowledgeable and friendly. Expect the activity to be quite physical, but kids and older folks on our tour were still able to finish the tour easily. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Banff.
