Summary: Had a lovely relaxing morning learning how to cook a fish and vegetable curries. Lots of smiles, learned new stuff and realised that the massive fuss that I make over my own curry preparation is not needed.

Summary: Started the day with a trip to the market with Sam to buy the vegetables we would need. We choose 4 different vegetable curries and chicken curry. Then back to get on with the cooking. Wasantha shared lots of her knowledge and tips about washing and cooking rice, preparing spices and how to get the best flavours. We cooked sweet pumkin, beetroot and okra curries; a potato and onion dish and a chicken curry. All of the ingredients and spices were very fresh, especially the homemade coconut milk. Once all of the cooking was done we sat down to a fabulous lunch. I would definitely recommend this experience
