Summary:
I booked this class for me and my husband during our stay in Capri. Although it was very hot (end of August) the view was incredible and it was the highlight of our trip. The class was hosted by Vittoria & her daughter Alessia (spelling probably incorrect). These two are quite the pair & we absolutely loved our conversations & enjoyed learning more about cooking, culture and the way of life in Capri. We cooked fried zucchini flower & arugula, baked the traditional Capri cake and made Ravioli Caprese. The food turned out great & we also got the chance to play with their 6 month puppy Cocoa. If we ever come back to Capri we’d definitely love to take another class with Vittoria. Highly recommend this wonderful experience!

We were a family of two adults and three little girls, and it was one of the best experience in cari! Vittoria and her daughter were so nice!
We made everything! from the pasta dough, the filling, the topping for the pizza and even the cake. Everything was super clean and fresh from her own garden. We got to cut the eggplants ourselves and write step-by-step all the recipes. The view is stunning, and you really can feel the authenticity of beautiful Capri.
