This was a wonderful experience. The knowledge of the chef of all the ingredients in the market was outstanding. Once we arrived at the cooking class, we were warmly welcomed and given clear instructions as to the format of the class. The cooking experience was easy to follow and the chef was extremely knowledgeable. Once we cooked all the food, we got to enjoy our creations. Outstanding! Tasted amazing. Would highly recommend.

Excellent cooking class on Koh Samui in the Bophut region!
The group consisted of seven participants of various nationalities. The language was English. At the beginning, we drove to Laem Din Market in Chaweng. This is a very interesting local market that has everything you could want in terms of local products.
The dishes to be cooked were discussed with the participants, and everyone could make a request. A chef named Bung explained the basics and ingredients at the market very well. In the background, the orders and organization for the upcoming cooking class were being taken care of.
The cooking class itself took place in the Bophut region. There are two groups cooking at two big cooking stations. The kitchen is located a little way outside of Bophut. A total of five people work on the implementation. We were given a very friendly welcome and then cooked four Thai dishes. Everything was explained very simply and implemented with direct instructions at our own stove. The result was great ! I was there with my daughter and I am almost married to a top chef from Germany. Really great, keep up the good work—Sarah, Bung, and Mung.
