Summary: What a great experience this turned out to be. Sonal was an amazing teacher and person. Her instructions made it seem easy, but I guess we'll see when I try these recipes somewhere else. What a delicious meal and so much variety to work with in the future. The time went by fast but it was amazing how much we got done in two hours and then - what a wonderful feast! Thank you Sonal! And Thank youth your helper who did so much in the background while you taught me these amazing lifeskill.
