Summary:
We made the balloon ride with Canyons and Balloons and it was an incredible experience, very well organized and conducted with total safety. From the beginning, everything was explained with clarity and care, which left us safe to enjoy every moment of the flight.
During the flight, we felt completely safe and peaceful — thanks to pilot Erick, who in addition to being extremely attentive, calm and kind, demonstrated a lot of competence and professionalism at every stage of the ride. It transmits confidence and still does everything with lightness and sympathy, which has left the atmosphere even more special.
For those who have fear or fear: do not stop! The flight is smooth, silent, and the feeling is very different from what one imagines. It's a gift to the soul, and the team makes everything even more magical.
