Explore Lake Sevan & Dilijan Day Tour from Yerevan - Visit Sevanavank, Goshavank and Haghartsin Monasteries

On this 9–10-hour tour you’ll discover the jewel of the highlands by visiting Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater high-altitude lakes in Eurasia, and soak in panoramic views from the tip of the Sevan peninsula, where the full beauty of the lake unfolds; you’ll also explore the historic Sevanavank monastery complex on the peninsula, home to a religious seminary that gives the site its atmosphere of quiet reverence. You’ll make a refreshing short stop in Dilijan-often called “Armenian Switzerland” for its fantastic natural forests and located within Dilijan National Park-before visiting the beautifully renovated 10th-century Haghartsin monastery, recently restored thanks to a notable donation from the Ruler of Sharjah, and finishing at the serene, green-surrounded Goshavank; this route blends lakeside scenery, historic monastic culture, and forested mountain charm for a full-day experience that’s ideal for sightseeing, nature lovers, families, and anyone looking to book an immersive day trip.

Summary: Must recommend this tour to the most beautiful view in Armenia-Sevan lake with a professional tour guide Sunny, she is not only sharing many stories for us but also taking care of all the team members, the most important thing is that she is good at singing Armenian songs for us. Summary: My second trip with Hyur and again it went seamlessly with comfortable, well maintained small coach, an excellent guide, Gayani and a competent and careful driver, Sparta (?). They gave enough time to explore the individual sites, the lunch was very nice and the monasteries beautiful. Highly recommend. I appreciated the group as a solo traveller, it made seeing this sights "easily doable".
