Summary: A very kind local soba chef will teach you. The taste of the soba I made was exceptional. There are also soba-making costumes and pedestals for elementary school students, so even children can enjoy them.

Summary: A local soba artisan was very kind to tell us! Guides in English are also available. The region's specialty, walnut soba, was excellent. It is very recommended because it is located in the outlet and has good access.
