Summary: Shadaddy was a fantastic guide and went out of his way to help us. We loved this trip. We asked Olivier to give us a slightly customized change that allowed us to spend more time at the genocide memorial which we highly suggest. Give yourself at least 90 minutes to see the whole museum. Highly recommended!

Summary: I booked this tour for my first day in Rwanda and it was an excellent introduction to Kigali. My guide, Shadady, was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with him almost immediately and enjoyed my day with him. I learned a lot on the tour and especially appreciated my visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial, heartbreaking as it was. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who has just arrived in Kigali and wants to get their bearings and learn more about the city and Rwanda in general!
