I was expecting jus a lift from the airport - hotel, but Laura was excellent and provided us with information on the area as we drove, as well as recommendations to acclimatise.
Everything went smooth - she was waiting with a sign at the airport, and communicated regularly via what’s app.

Lila was amazing. Our travels were complicated by LATAM Airlines terrible operations but Lila was super understanding and friendly about the changes. She was on time with a sign.
