Excellent family outing. We visited in a rainy morning and the staff were so helpful and enthusiastic that we easily decided to do the VR experience.
We were taken into the entrance hall and given a very informative talk before the VR experience which was excellent. The scenery and interior of the cattle rooms along with the history that accompanies the castle was told in a way that engaged all of us.
We came away from the experience with new facts!
After the VR experience we had the opportunity to dress up in costumes and take photos at our leisure.
I would definitely recommend this if you are visiting Lismore

Had a fantastic day at the Lismore heritage centre today with our 8 year old son. We did the escape room and VR experience well worth the visit while staying in Dungarvan. Definitely recommend to all families and really friendly and helpful staff made the visit even better.
