Summary: Samir was an incredible host and instructor! Extremely patient and generous with his time and passion for mosaics. We learned so much from him and enjoyed a wonderful evening learning how to make our own mosaics. He went out of his way to accommodate and make this experience the best it could be for our group. His priority is making sure you make a beautiful piece to take home while enjoying an every moment doing so. Couldn’t recommend this mosaic class more!! Will definitely come back to our next trip in Amman. If you’re thinking about it, it’s a must!!

Jo expertise, patience and guidance was exceptional. Most places don’t allow you to use the bright fun colors but here you are able to use all that he has available. I would recommend this class to those visiting or locals that just want something fun to do! I will definitely be back!

Summary: After visiting Madaba we were inspired to try the art of mosaic making, albeit on a much smaller scale! Samir has a very comfortable work space and provided all the materials and a choice of templates so we could create a framed piece approx 12 x 12cm. The session was scheduled for 3 hours, but with Samirs instruction and patience 4 hours flew by!! We didn’t feel rushed at all. An excellent introduction to this craft, highly recommended! Summary: A visiting friend and I attended Samir's mosaic class and I can guarantee I will go back again! He is a wonderful host, understanding instructor ready to work with all levels and he is a wonderful guide to something so prevalent in this area of the Middle East. It would be hard to express the best part, but taking home a souvenir made by our own hands is pretty great!

Summary: This was a very enjoyable experience. Samir is very knowledgeable about mosaics and the history of mosaic-making, which was nice to learn about Jordan's rich history of mosaic-making while trying to make my own. He is very talented yet a patient teacher; knowing when to instruct, teach and show how it is done, yet also knowing when to step in to help you get the best mosaic you could get. I had a 1:1 session, where I was given a number of shapes to choose from and then customise based on colour preferences. Samir guided me throughout the experience and helped me with the tricky bits. It was a very relaxing and I went home happy. Overall, I am very pleased with this experience and I got to go home with my mosaic! I recommend this to individuals and groups wanting to experience something different and rich in Jordan.
