- if you’ve booked a castle add-on and it’s affected by a closure, you'll receive access to the alternative attraction at no extra cost. if you haven’t pre-booked a castle visit, tickets for the alternative attraction can be purchased on site.

- collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark.
- cancellation of day tours: a full refund will be given if hte cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to he tour departure. cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the departure time will incur a 100% fee.
