Summary: It would have been an extra nice chill option if that café were open, further very nice venue, and nice to see Berlin so high

Summary: Unfortunately, on the day we visited Panoramapunkt the weather was bad. It was snowing and visibility was poor. So, we could not enjoy the view in full. Apart from that everything worked smooth, including the very speedy elevator.
