Thank you Roberto and Francesca for opening your home to us and sharing your love for making pizza! It was the best pizza we have ever eaten. But beyond that, the hospitality shown to us was amazing. Today was the best day of my birthday trip to Amalfi thanks to Roberto and Francesca! This is an experience you don’t want to pass up and it’s worth way more than what you pay. Summary:
From the time Chef Roberto picked us up from out hotel we knew we were in for a great day. When we arrived at their home, Francesca welcomed us and made us feel like old friends. We soon discovered that we were the only two participants in the class, which made the day even better. Chef Roberto gave us many tips and guided us as we made our pizzas hands on from start to finish with many of the ingrediants picked fresh from their terrace. Francesca showed us how to make limoncello ice cream. After we prepared and cooked our pizzas, we sat down with Chef Roberto and Francesca at the table, shared stories, laughed, ate our pizzas and ice cream, and admired the faboulous views. Tiffany and I had such a wonderful time with this special couple and agree that this was the highlight of our trip to Italy. We would love to do it again and highly recommend.
