Summary:
We went on a sunny day, and got some great pictures. The prices when we went were 1000 yen for the helmet and sword and 3000 for the full armor.
The staff was friendly and had good English skills for other foreigners who are interested. I recommend wearing black to match the aesthetic of the armor.
