Summary: I don’t cook much. The first thing we did was make pasta - this was interesting because I didn’t know how pasta was made, though I will probably never make it again: I’d buy it. After a break for cheese and wine (which could have been a little shorter), we then made various dishes: fish coated in salt and baked, swordfish croquette kebabs and aubergine pasta bake. These were interesting because I learnt something and I may make them again. The session ends with you eating all the food you made. It was fun, with plenty of interaction with the other participants. The lead chef has a nice personality and explains things and demonstrates with a touch of humour. The whole thing took 3.5 hours and was a nice way to spend the morning.
