Summary: We did the City of Aberdeen Distillery gin tasting experience last Thursday. It was a 4pm — 6pm session which was perfect. Two and a bit fascinating and wonderful hours thanks to the expertise of Dan and Allan. Totally opened my mind to what goes into creating a great gin. We were two amongst 16 from around the world enjoying this superb experience. Obviously it helps a lot if you like gin and little point if you are tee total. Starts and finishes with a large g&t with lots of small tasting samples you prepare individually. I want to try the gin school next. 😊👍
