Summary: My daughter and husband went paddle boarding today. They had a great time. All equipment was included and they thoroughly enjoyed their first experience. This is the only reason I recommend it. STAFF: The downside was the disorganisation of the staff at Loch Lomond and lack of customer service. 6 staff, 5 standing around while there was a queue. We were booked but the people in front of us were just picking activity and paying. Someone else could be dealing with pre booked customers. The one girl taking the bookings sat on a chair vaping while serving customers. There wasn’t a smile in sight. Very poor instruction, monotone voices, dull. The next girl showing them the paddle boards and what to do, was nice enough and patiently waited while my daughter ran around trying to escape a wasp. lol. Only time any staff seemed to care they were working. Would definitely suggest better customer service or new staff. I know if I was on holiday from another country I’d be thinking some of the Scottish are moody, sour faced and rude. That’s how the staff presented.
