Three-Day Rogue River Trip

Summary: After a previous trip with Idaho River Journeys on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River I found out that they had a rafting company on the Rogue River. I was so impressed with my first trip I had to try the Rogue River. I am so glad that I went with Indigo Creek. They provide top notch guides and deliver an excellent trip experience. From the freshly prepared meals, to the experience of camping in the wilderness, everything was perfect. Our trip leader Taylor and guide Yakidoodle were fantastic. Summary: Our raft crew was simply the best. From put in to take out everything was handled with skill, professionalism, efficiency and good humor. The food was excellent as was the camping gear. There is no question I would sign up for another trip with Indigo Creek again.

Summary: HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Far and away the best guided river trip I've ever been on. Guides (TJ, Jelly, Micah) were nothing short of exceptional-- fun, professional, super smart, incredibly talented, and an absolute joy to be around. Very much felt like a trip with a bunch of people I've known for decades. Can't wait to do it again.

Summary: We kayaked an absolutely beautiful section of the Rogue river. The guides were incredibly experienced with smooth transitions in and out of camp and delicious and healthy foods each meal. They made us feel pampered. The river instruction each day was amazingly helpful and made for fun and challenging days paddling. It’s also the little things that are so important. Will ( owner of Indigo Creek) facilitated picking up our kayaks , taking us to the meetup and getting us back to our hotels. That took all the stress out of the trip and was so very appreciated. I would strongly recommend this outfit, you won’t find any better.

Summary: Great experience with a great team. These people know what they are doing and really put together a nice run. The food is amazing and the equipment is quality. The camp is always set up perfectly so all you need to do is watch the wildlife and enjoy yourself.

Summary: Couldn't imagine a more professional outfit, all of our 3 guides, Phil, Daniel and Asher were amazing. Professional, friendly, incredibly hard working but also relaxed and and approachable. It honestly felt like the guides were fellow travelers enjoying the trip with us. So glad we ended up with indigo and would recommend them to anyone. Im already thinking about an upper Klamath run and maybe Salmon river someday!

Summary: Our family of 4 (kids ages 11 and 8) just completed the three day camping itinerary and it was excellent! The guides, Phil, Asher, and Daniel, were total pros. We felt safe the whole time and were entertained by Phil's fantastic stories of the history of the area. Great food, beautiful scenery, and fun rapids. We are so glad we did this! Summary: We did a 4-night Rouge river trip with 14 extended family members. It was a great experience! River was fun and beautiful, and the weather was great. Our 4 guides were tremendous: professional, helpful, connecting but not intrusive. They also prepared great meals and did all the work, really allowing us almost unlimited time to socialize and enjoy the experience, rare time for us all - made all the better by disconnecting from the outside world while we were on the water. I highly recommend it!

Summary: we really liked being on the river in the inflatable kayaks. Paddling was way better than just riding along. The rapids were the most fun. Camp was great-food was tasty and always enough. Even my somewhat picky eater was satisfied. Tents and sleeping bags and PADS were super comfortable. We decided to sleep three to a tent and use the second tent to store our gear. We discovered early on that trying out the sleeping pad long before bedtime ensured that we could adjust any rocks/lumps before dark and before we were too tired to do so' The guides were knowledgeable and friendly and easy to relate to. We had overcast skies everyday and i was always on the edge of being too cold (except in my sleeping bag which was perfect). I'm not good at sitting around with nothing to do so it was great to have my book. I would have been happy to help out with camp chores but the guides had everything under control
