Summary:
We just finished a four-day Rogue River rafting trip with Indigo Creek Rafting Company. I took my 2 sons and 3 SILs for some male bonding. accompanied by my two sons and three sons-in-law. It exceeded my expectations. Simply phenomenal. Our guides were Jill, Gelly, Phil, and Ian. They were top-notch in every way.
I floated the Rogue before in a private group, so I knew how much work is involved with pulling this trip off. This time down the river was a completely different experience! Indigo Creek eliminated the work from the trip and replaced it with pampering!
Highlights of the trip included:
1. Incredible wildlife sightings—2 bears, a family of otters, deer, countless turtles, bald eagles, ospreys, and even a mink and blue heron having a little scuffle.
2. The whitewater itself - breathtaking, photos don’t do it justice. The rapids were intense at times but I agree with the age recs. For a bit more adrenaline I got on the inflatable kayak.
3. Stargazing- this would have been worth the trip by itself.
4. The Indigo Creek guides were not only technically flawless (especially navigating Blossom Bar) but they also made sure we had plenty of time to relax at camp. Imagine rolling into a campsite with your tent already set up, sleeping bags ready, and appetizers served while a delicious dinner is being prepared!
5. Food- over the top delish. The staff take pride in this aspect of the experience and it shows.
6. Professional quality photos- Jill rowed ahead to take photos of us at key moments. We didn’t have to fumble with our phones on the river, and we got all of those photos for free afterward for FREE!
7. Cost- the value of what you get is very reasonable! I’ve spent alot more money on trips that delivered much less of an experience.
In summary, it was an exciting, scenic stress-free, off-the-grid experience that everyone should take advantage of at least once. Indigo Creek has thought of every detail and made this trip an unforgettable adventure.

We had an amazing 3-night trip on the Rogue River with Indigo Creek Outfitters. The guides were incredibly skilled while also being warm and friendly. Our group ranged in age from 6 to 78 and everyone had a wonderful time. The scenery was spectacular and the food was exceptional. It was a fabulous trip that our family will always remember!
