Summary:
it was a little hard to find the house but the experience was fantastic. Luigi was extremely knowledgeable about Italian culture, cooking and why some items go together and others actually counteract each other, taste wise. His personality was awesome as he was very funny and entertaining through the class. the food was fantastic to eat and i learned so much from him about how to cook Italian and things i have been doing wrong all my life. Thanks, Luigi, for a great time.

Katia welcomed us into her historic farmhouse where she talked about the farm and local culture. She was warm and welcoming and made an enjoyable experience.
