Summary: I am over 60 years old, and although I have always played sports I had never done an ferrata. I signed up without knowing it was so challenging: when I arrived on site the vertical walls of the canyon, really impressive, had scared me a bit. But the guides were very good and I never felt in real trouble. In the end I was elated, for pushing my limits in such an exciting way!

Summary: We had an amazing experience with our guide, Marco!! He did a fantastic job of making our first via ferrata trip fun, safe, and informative. He was a wealth of information about the local area and other things to explore and do, and also provided history of the area and the via ferrata trails. He also did a very good job of explaining the equipment and not just the rules of how to climb safely, but the "why" of what we were doing, along with providing tips on how to do it more comfortably and what to expect if we want to do it ourselves.
