Positive: The apartment is situated at St Lucia very close to Bormio central and right next to the bike path. It's a small apartment but enough room for two plus has the bonus of a bike storage if needed. The garden patio is also nice. It was clean and the area felt very safe. The property managers were very helpful with extra sheets and missing toilet paper.
Negative: Check in was a little confusing but the property managers are close by. However the policies set by the property manager are not stated on booking.com so this was frustrating seeing as there were two of us and we needed extra sheets for the sofa bed as did not know we were supposed to pay extra as this is not stated on booking.com. Also having to sign a contract was not expected and should be made clear on booking.com.
