This elegant and quiet boutique apartment, very centrally located (soundproofed), occupies the ground floor of a typical Mediterranean house, recently and carefully restored. It stands out for its comfort, as you won't need to lift a finger.
The 35 m² boutique apartment, with a maximum capacity of 2 guests, features the following spaces:
- Bedroom area with a large Queen bed (150 x 200 cm) to ensure the best lighting, LED lights, blackout blinds, and direct access to the outdoor patio. It also has a flat-screen TV.
The space includes 2 small tables, 2 reading lamps, and an open wardrobe.
We offer complimentary bedding and 2 towels (bath and hand towels) per guest.

The house boasts a spectacular rooftop terrace, a chill-out area with fantastic views of the sea, fishing port, beaches, and the Sierra de Irta Natural Park. To access it, you must go up to the terrace (stairs).
We provide outdoor furniture, including a table and chairs for private use, so you can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the Mediterranean or the fishing boats entering the port.
The rooftop also houses the laundry area, equipped with everything you need to wash and dry your clothes, including a clothesline. Everything you need for laundry will always be available to you completely free of charge.

There is no parking within the walled area, as it is a pedestrian zone. Therefore, if you are traveling by car, you will need to park at the foot of the walls, a very close area, just a few steps from the house.
There is free public parking at the fishing port year-round.
In the low season, blue zone parking is free, but in the high season, there is paid parking (affordable prices and weekly discount passes).
The advantage of staying at my house is that, once settled in, you won't need to move your car, as we are right in the center.
If you have a lot of heavy luggage or mobility difficulties, we will arrange for your car to access the house for loading and unloading. For this, we will need your license plate number 72 hours in advance.
