Superbly renovated (2016) one bedroom one bathroom apartment in Benal beach Complex. The apartment is on the first floor of Block 4. The balcony is West Facing so it enjoys afternoon sun. It also has easy access to the side entrance gate making it even quicker and easier to reach the beach.
This apartment is a large one bedroom and can easily sleep a family of 4 / 5. This apartment is legal and licensed with the Andalucian Tourist Board.
There is a double bed in the bedroom and a large pull out double sofa bed and an extra camp style bed can be installed if necessary.
The new Kitchen is fully equipped with hob, Oven, Fridge freezer, kettle, toaster. There is a washing machine in the cupboard.
The bathroom has a walk in shower, WC & wash basin.
As well as the sofa bed there is another sofa in the lounge together with a large dining table & 4 chairs
The apartment has AC throughout and a wall mounted flat screen TV with a communal UK TV satellite system and a Dvd
The apartment now has its own WIFI Internet system which is free to use for those staying at the apartment.
The giant sized swimming pools and water slides with bar in the middle are exclusively for the use of those staying in Benal beach.
Benal Beach is frontline Beach and centrally located in Benalmadena Costa
It is a 1 minute walk to the beach, shops bars and restaurants and a 10minute stroll along the promenade to the Benalmadena Marina.
All in all this is a fantastic place & apartment for a family summer holiday.
The closest airport is Malaga which is a 20minute car (taxi) ride away. There are also train and bus links between the two.
