Positive: I booked the house as my step father was scheduled for cataract surgery. He would need assistance and yet I wanted my own space. I very much appreciated. Having my own bedroom bathroom and outside seating area. He enjoyed the living room and the fact that I was able to cook for him.
Negative: It turned out to be not a big deal, but my parents are older and have mobility issues. I was under the impression this residence was all on one level. The two bedrooms have about four steps and bedroom in the basement has 6 to 8. This was fine for me but an issue for my step-father. He needed my assistance going up and down the stairs, which we handled just fine.
Summary: Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean comfortable spacious stay.
