Positive: I love that my entire family, those who could make it on Saturday to have a family day with me, really enjoyed themselves, especially the kids. They loved the pool. I loved that being picked up at the airport and back was a part of the package. The host became a part of my family.
Negative: There was a miscommunication regarding the knowledge that my family would spend the day on the balcony and in the pool on the 27th. As a result, the strata office left my family and the children, especially boys from 3 years to 16, a bit upset that they are not valued as other people. This really broke my heart, and now it's going to be a continuous counselling and affirmation that I will have to continue to do. But, I did get talking with the strata office and those involved, and we all agreed to peace and resolution on about the 27th. Also, the apartment host became a part of my family and apologized. As humans, we all make mistakes, so I understand that. And they offered that if I ever decide to use them again, I will get a day without being charged. The overall thing for me is that my family is still talking about the fun they had, and with that, I am happy.
