Cosy, stylish and welcoming, you'll love the fabulous farmers market selling delicious produce every Saturday & kids will go mad for one of Torquay's best skate and play parks (Djila Tjila Park) - both just across the road! Only a few minutes drive to the beach and town centre and a walk to Torquay North shops, location is spot on and your relaxing getaway will be too!
A two storey, two bed townhouse located just off Merijig Drive. Both bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs.
The feel of our home is coastal, relaxed and everything is brand new - so expect all mod cons.

Located just off the Surf Coast Highway in a new estate close to North Torquay Woolworths, the Saturday farmers market (just three minutes walk) and a brilliant play and skate park (two minutes walk). Also just 5 minutes walk is the new industrial estate which hosts lovely and unique coffee shops (look up Ocean Grind - a local roasters and coffee shop behind Bunnings), homewares and plant shops.
No Hens/bucks/young groups/parties of any kind.
Families and couples only accepted.
No loud noise. No loud music. No laughing and talking outside in the courtyard after 10pm, this is a townhouse with shared walls, please respect the neighbors. Guests must be over the age of 30.
