Positive: Great place to accomodate a larger family - the 5 of us could comfortably spend a week in the apartment. A master bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds - perfect for younger kids - and a third bedroom upstairs accessed via steep steps - perfect for a teenager. Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cutlery/glassware, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a cooktop and a fridge. A small outside terrace with a large table - great for breakfast in the sun. The washing machine is very convenient for longer stays. I also appreciated that all the non-essential-but-helpful things were provided, like a kitchen towel, dishwasher tablets, some tea & coffee, a laundry basket, rubbish bags, etc. The place is a short, 5 min walk to the beach, a park, a great local bakery, a small grocery store, and a great local trattoria. Easy and secure parking outside the apartment. The town itself looks a bit shabby, but it was perfectly safe, and people are friendly. Excellent contact with the owner - a very friendly and helpful person!
Negative: The shower drain was a bit clogged and could use some more attention. Other than that, the place is really comfortable, clean, and there isn't much more to improve (perhaps add a few wine glasses to the kitchen equipment :-).
