Being a remote location, it offers all the needed ammenities, including among others: two swimming-pools, a gym with AC, Kids Club with TV and AC, a Bar with swings and TV, a small shop with water jugs, refreshments and snacks, just the basics. So make sure you buy all your groceries in Progreso.
The Penthouse is built on two floors, the 4th and the 5th of the secondary and newer Tower of the Complex, which has a hydraulic elevator for 10 people. It has FIBER OPTIC with +70 Mbps download and +20 Mbps upload speed.
The main floor consists of: sitting and the dinning area, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 guest bathroom, and balconies surrounding the entire perimeter of the Penthouse. Wherever you look out the window, you can see the Ocean, the calm waters of the Gulf of México.
The Master bedroom has a King Size bed, while the other 2 bedrooms have a Double Bed. There is an en-suite bathroom for the Master bedroom and a Jack and Jill bathroom serving the other 2 bedrooms. There is also a guest toilet on the same floor, just behind the kitchen area.
The upper floor consists of a spacious and cosy Rooftop with a private Jacuzzi and outdoor lounge furniture, a half bathroom and offers amazing Ocean views as far as the famous Pier of Progreso.
Having a bubble bath in the Jacuzzi which is actually a Hot Tub, while watching a breathtaking Yucatán sunset and enjoying a very cold cocktail will make you feel like the King of the world.

Summary: Our property manager, Marina was very responsive and we were able to communicate with her during our stay. Being a brand new building they were still getting some quirks resolved but all in all, it was a very nice place to stay; we had a lovely sunset view and a great view of the ocean. There was also a washer/dryer and hair in the unit and this was a huge plus. Marina provided us with beach towels; you may have to ask her for them but that is okay. It was a good environment and we walked the beach in the mornings at low tide; the pool is smallish but this is the case in many places, the staff at the condo are hard working and nice. We were disappointed as there seemed to be an awful lot of seaweed at the beach when we were there so we only swam in the ocean twice - this seaweed was out of their control, so we cannot blame anyone for that. There is a fantastic pizza place called Pizza Paradiso about 5 km driving east toward Telchac - it opens at 5 p.m. - you can go there and they'll have a pizza ready for you in 5 minutes to take home or you can dine there - the crust is to die for and so handy.
