Positive: Very nice, warm apartment with very friendly owners at a good location, with everything what we need. The Saastalcard we have found a very good initiation, though it was a bit challenging to find out more about what is included in this card. We liked very much the small book about the history of the house, it is a great idea! We are very much appreciated for the kind present that we got and we are very much grateful for the attentiveness of the hosts for the kitchen things, like coffee, tea, napkins, cling film, aluminum foil, fondue maker, etc.... The owners do their job with all their heart :-).
Negative: Finding the house in dark, was a bit challenging, probably lighting up the name of the house would help. We would have preferred the payment in one go at the time of the booking, instead of paying the tourist tax later, but we assume is the rule.
