Positive: Beautiful japanese style affordable accommodation close to Kyoto by train. Shuji is an exceptional host! He and his wife were very welcoming and kind to us. He gave us great tips on what to visit in Otsu. They also had a cafe that serves breakfast. Shuji is a kind hearted man who makes sure he walks you through the check in process in detail. Please be aware that he takes his time doing this so you have to be patient with him. There are things that are very obvious but he wants to make sure you get all the instructions so again, be patient. The japanese style accommodation is very cozy and comfortable, it has everything you need and more. Thank you Shuji !
