Summary: The staff at this hotel is amazing, always trying to solve all the numerous issues this hotel has. The rooms are dark, infested with cockroaches, and the air conditioning leaks water throughout the night. Additionally, all rooms are noisy, particularly those adjacent to the reception area. The most concerning aspect is the security breach that allows outsiders to enter the hotel.
