Summary: Some people are going to adore this place. The amenities and newness are beautiful, it's a great location, and everyone was so nice, and they left us a bottle of sparkling wine in our room upon check in - thank you! That being said... It is a boutique hotel, newly renovated building, but it's obvious the rooms are maximized for quantity, which really gives up on comfort. We got a king alley room (which isn't event he smallest sqft) and you could barely move around the bed, if we'd had more than weekend backpacks, IDK what we would have done. There is no bathroom fan or window. There is no room fan, and the minisplit is set to not allow air circulation (only hot or freezing air). The window is a foot from the bed so when it's below 40 out, we wouldn't sleep with the it open. I beg the developers to sleep here for a night and think about how people actually live.
