At the beginning of Viale Geno there is also the Funicular railway station to reach Brunate and its lighthouse, where you can stop for lunch in one of the many restaurants, or continue with a panoramic trek towards the Lario mountains, with a break in one of the mountain huts you will encounter along the way.
