Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location, only 5 minutes away by car from Diszinoko vineyard and nice restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful. Clean and comfortable apartment for 2 couples. We were a bit late to check in but someone was waiting for us with the key, although she didn't speak english she was very kind and used google translate to communicate.

Negative: Logistics of check-out could be improved. It says check-out is from 8am to 10am, we had to leave at 8am sharp to make it back in time to return the rental car, there was no one there. We called, sent messages on booking but no one answered (we also still had to pay as payment was at the property and at check-out). At 8:30 we couldn't wait anymore and had to leave, they called us at 9:30 saying we left without paying, we were able to agree on a payment method by bank transfer though. It was an unnecessary stress which could have been avoided in many ways. Also, we were lucky to only be about 30min late to check-in, there is no reception and someone needs to give you the key, so if for some reason we had arrived later or middle of the night it would have been a problem. Additionally, although the apartment is great and comfortable to sleep, the way to reach the 2nd bed (on a gallery) is through a staircase which is very difficult to climb up and down. Small and high steps make it dangerous specially if you want to go to the toilet at night. Small children, older people and people with mobility issues would have a difficult time to use the bed on the gallery.

Summary: Great but check-in/check-out can be improved. Could have been a 10 if it wasn't for logisitic issues
