Positive: Spacious and cleanliness, provide toiletries, quiet street, walk to shopping centre
Negative: The only entertaining facility available for use is the pool table and the TV in the main lounge. The TV in the theatre room, two reclining chairs in the TV room, the air conditioning in the basement, as well as one ensuite and a ground floor bedroom, are all not functioning. Despite notifying the host, no action has been taken to resolve these issues. Additionally, the stove tops in both the main kitchen and the basement are blocked and off-limits. Only the small stove top next to the main kitchen is operational and the gym equipment is for display purposes only and cannot be used, but we were not notified prior to check in. The two curtains facing granny flat do not have any remotes to close curtains for privacy. Due to the presence of a granny flat at the rear of the house and the curtains in the main lounge that cannot be closed, privacy is not guaranteed.
Summary: While the house is clean and spacious, most of the facilities and equipment are not working.
