This beautiful home is ready to make your lake getaway perfect! It sits on a shaded, waterfront lot with a sidewalk concrete breakwall and access to 150 feet of OPEN water which makes it great for swimming and relaxing. You will have a 6 mile view and a constant southern wind to help keep you cool.
The house has a huge deck with outdoor furniture, an open floor plan with great room, kitchen with huge island, breakfast area that seats 4, and a dining room that can seat 8...It also has an outdoor shower and Quartzite countertops throughout the house. There is plenty of space for everyone and Ping-pong table in the garage for some friendly competition!
The master/bath and one guest room/bath are downstairs, and there are 2 more guest rooms/bath upstairs, along with a special lounge area for the kids.
Additional notes: Please contact if more than 8 guests for additional sleeping options. There is internet and a large screen TV, but we spend most of our time outdoors or playing games (Boathouse has NOT been constructed yet, but there are mooring balls to anchor, and you will have access to a local ramp if needed.)
