Positive: This riad is absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful — the perfect escape from the busy streets of Marrakech. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and efficient, making us feel truly at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, with easy walking access to most of the main sights. All the services we requested — transfers, our desert trip, and the spa — were perfectly organised, always on time and stress-free. The spa was wonderful too. Our stay exceeded all expectations. We felt cared for every step of the way. Highly recommended.
