Positive: Location was great, though the house was not situated to take advantage of the view. I hope the owner can remodel so there are windows looking out at the back beach/ocean view. Great porch out back. Nice books in LR. Nice and quiet.
Negative: I didn't like that I was told we had access to the beach across the road. I called twice to ask and each time was told, Yes, we could access the beach across the street. However, a neighbor told me we didn't have access to it. The deeds (which we looked up) were not helpful, though possibly there is access. We had another beach in the back yard, but it wasn't as sandy or sunny. I asked if there were enough pillows and was assured yes, but there were NO pillows for the sofa bed in the LR. I asked if there were folding chairs, and was told no, but there were six folding chairs. Double sized mattress was uncomfortable. Plastic kitchen cooking utensils were gross, please get wood or metal. No sink in second bathroom! Had to wash hands in the kitchen sink! No direct door into full bathroom, had to go through master bedroom. Add a door!
Summary: I wish I had the correct info before I booked about beach access. I would like a partial refund. Thx
