Summary: It was awesome to stay in a traditional home in a local village! We were met by our host Yanni who was very accommodating. The home was clean, updated and well appointed. Two of the 4 bedrooms are in separate buildings on the property and are en-suite with bath and are very private. Bedroom 3 and 4 are in main house with kitchen, dining and living area, and shared bath. The 4th bedroom lacks a bit of privacy as it is loft style with open walls, above bedroom 3. This was fine for us, but you must be cognizant that noises from kitchen/ dining area will be heard by anyone in loft bedroom. Also this a stone house, and while very quaint, some might be surprised by the lack of windows. We thought it was a really cool place. Pool and hot tub were nice for kicking back after daily adventures! You get all the local feel with neighbors tending to their gardens, dogs and cats making friends, and celebrations occurring at the church nearby. Local taverns were also great to explore, some within walking distance. Everywhere we went, we were welcomed with warm, Grecian hospitality! We did encounter a water issue due to a broken pipe in town, and as soon as we alerted our host, he called the municipality to see what was happening, kept us informed, and brought many bottles of water to get us over the hump. We could not ask for more and would recommend this home without hesitation and would absolutely stay here again!
